Three ways to put household coordination in writing
A single appointment, a five-session workshop, or a twelve-month programme. All three produce written materials the family keeps and uses independently. All three are organisational and educational only.
← Back to HomeHow all three services are structured
Each service starts with a scope statement in writing. The facilitator works through the template fields, routine items or calendar structure with the family during the session — not as a form to fill in at home afterwards. Materials are supplied printed and digitally at the close of each appointment or session.
No personal details, living arrangements or family situations are referenced in workshop group sessions. All workshop examples are anonymised and generic. Each service is administrative in nature and does not carry any binding effect.
Scope confirmed in writing before the first session begins, including what falls outside scope and where referrals are made.
Templates co-completed in session using the family's own wording and actual details rather than generic placeholder text.
Materials handed over printed and digitally at the close of the appointment, ready to use straightaway.
Family updates independently using the editable digital formats. No return to Hearthline is required for updates.
Handover Note & Routine Template Setup
A ninety-minute appointment producing a complete written set of household templates. The facilitator works through each section with you so the finished document reflects your actual routines, contact details and protocols — not a generic placeholder. Organisational only. Not counselling and not legal work.
- Handover note with fixed fields: date, items sent, routines, contacts
- Weekly routine sheet in your family's own wording
- Shared contact card — schools, clinics, activity providers by name and number
- Short change-recording protocol so nobody relies on memory
- Supplied blank, printed and digital — all materials yours to keep
Coordinating Across Two Households Workshop
A five-session workshop for adults coordinating children's routines across two homes, delivered in small groups of up to fourteen. Sessions run sequentially and each builds on the one before. All examples are anonymised and generic — no participant's situation is discussed in class. Includes a printed workbook, a template pack and one follow-up group session eight weeks later. Organisational and educational only.
Session topics
- Session 1: Shared calendar structures that work on both sides
- Session 2: Writing routines down in neutral, plain language
- Session 3: Keeping a factual log of practical arrangements
- Session 4: Preparing handover notes children find predictable
- Session 5: Scheduling monthly reviews instead of reopening arrangements mid-week
- Follow-up group session at eight weeks
Family Coordination Programme
A twelve-month arrangement for families who want shared logistics held steady without renegotiating them constantly. Includes the template setup appointment, a shared calendar with a written change protocol, a document index recording where school, identity and household papers are held, monthly light-touch checks, and quarterly review meetings. A handover pack ensures any adult in the family can take over coordination at short notice. Everything produced is administrative and non-binding.
