3. Service description
Hearthline provides educational and organisational services to adults coordinating household logistics across two homes. Services produce written templates and administrative tools. No service constitutes:
- Counselling, psychological support or mental health services.
- Legal advice, representation or mediation.

- A substitute for professional legal or therapeutic services.
Where any of the above services are needed, Hearthline refers users to appropriately qualified professionals. Services are delivered in person at our Kuala Lumpur office unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
4. Booking and payment
- Bookings are confirmed in writing by Hearthline after receipt of payment or a confirmed payment arrangement.
- Fees: Handover Note and Routine Template Setup — RM 480; Five-Session Workshop — RM 1,850; Twelve-Month Family Coordination Programme — RM 4,500. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer or such methods as confirmed at the time of booking.
- Workshop and programme fees are payable in full before the first session unless a written payment plan has been agreed.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations made more than 5 working days before a session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 working days of a session are eligible for a 50% refund or an option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- No refund is available for cancellations made on the day of a session or after a session has commenced.
- For the twelve-month programme, if Hearthline is unable to deliver a scheduled meeting, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
- Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
6. Confidentiality
Information discussed or produced during a session is held in confidence by Hearthline and is not shared with any third party without your written agreement, except where required by Malaysian law. Workshop sessions use anonymised, generic examples only. No participant's personal details or family situation are referenced in group settings.
7. Ownership of materials
Templates, routine sheets, handover notes, contact cards, workbooks and all other materials produced in or for your sessions belong to you. Hearthline retains no ownership claim over session materials. Blank template formats used as a starting point for session work remain available for your independent use after the session ends.
8. Intellectual property — website content
All text, images and design elements on this website remain the intellectual property of Hearthline. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute website content without our prior written permission. This clause does not affect your ownership of materials produced in sessions.
9. User responsibilities
- You agree to attend sessions at the confirmed time and location.
- You agree to use this website and any materials provided for lawful purposes only.
- You agree not to misrepresent session materials as legal documents, binding arrangements, or professional advice of any kind.
- You agree not to share session materials in a way that misrepresents their nature or Hearthline's services.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided as described and in good faith. Hearthline makes no representation that use of any template or coordination tool will produce any particular outcome in any family situation. Written materials are administrative tools only. They do not bind either party in a family arrangement and carry no legal effect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Hearthline's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or from our services is limited to the fee paid for the session to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Hearthline against any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of session materials, misrepresentation of our services to third parties, or breach of these terms.
13. Termination
Either party may end a service arrangement by giving 14 days' written notice. If you terminate a programme partway through, fees for sessions already delivered are not refundable. If Hearthline terminates due to a breach of these terms, no refund is due for sessions already delivered. Sections 6 (Confidentiality), 7 (Ownership of materials), 11 (Limitation of liability) and 13 survive termination.
14. Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution by written correspondence in the first instance. If that is unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to the courts of Malaysia, specifically those in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. Hearthline reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
15. General provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hearthline in relation to the use of this website and the purchase of services.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently.
